  • 2 whole Large Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Parmigiano Reggiano, Finely Grated
  • 6 leaves Basil, Chiffonade

Directions
