  • 1 pie shell
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • onion to taste
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 to 3 slices bacon

Directions

    Brown ground beef.

    Saute onions with beef.

    Drain.

    Mix eggs in separate bowl.

    Add salt and pepper, if desired.

    Mix eggs and ground beef together.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Add milk and cheeses.

    Top with bacon.

    Cook on 400° for 30 to 45 minutes.
