- 1 lb. ground beef
- onion to taste
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 to 3 slices bacon
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Saute onions with beef.

3Drain.

4Mix eggs in separate bowl.

5Add salt and pepper, if desired.

6Mix eggs and ground beef together.

7Pour into pie shell.

8Add milk and cheeses.

9Top with bacon.

10Cook on 400° for 30 to 45 minutes.
