Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tsp fresh sage
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

    Coarsely chop all thyme, sage, and chives.

    Finely mince garlic.

    Whip all ingredients together with electric mixer.
  4. 4
    Chill about one hour to firm, or freeze.
  5. 5
    I used plastic wrap to chill and reshape into a stick, and made indentations to mark off each tablespoon.
