- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 2 tsp fresh sage
- 1 tbsp fresh chives
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic
Directions

1Coarsely chop all thyme, sage, and chives.

2Finely mince garlic.

3Whip all ingredients together with electric mixer.

4Chill about one hour to firm, or freeze.

5I used plastic wrap to chill and reshape into a stick, and made indentations to mark off each tablespoon.
