- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. each dried dill, basil and oregano
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. Sauterne wine
- 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine Bisquick, onion, sugar and herbs.

3Mix the egg and milk together.

4Beat softly. Add this, the butter and wine to the dry ingredients. Beat until blended.

5Turn out onto a well-greased round 8-inch cake pan.

6Sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 400° until brown and crusty, about 25 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Cut in wedges and serve with butter. Serves 6 to 8.
