- 1 pkg. hot roll mix
- 1 1/4 c. hot water (120~ to 130~)
- 3 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 3 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients.

2Add hot water.

3Stir until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.

4Knead with floured hands for 5 minutes until smooth.

5Add more flour if needed to reduce stickiness.

6Cover and let rest 5 minutes.

7Grease two large cookie sheets.

8Shape dough into 16 to 18 balls and place on cookie sheets.

9Let rise until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes, in a warm place. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.

10Serve warm.
