  • 4 ounces, weight Light Cream Cheese
  • 5 whole Scallions, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Parsley, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Pepper To Taste
