  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 medium-large avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • 1 fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/4-1/2 cup water

Directions

    Combine oil, tahini, avocado, basil, parsley, mint, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth, scraping down the of the bowl as needed.

    Add water, starting with 1/4 cup. Process and add more water, if needed, to reach desired consistency.
