- 1 can Campbell's Zesty tomato sauce soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar (brown)
- 1 clove garlic
Directions

1In bowl, thoroughly mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, crumbs, egg, celery and 1/4 teaspoon ginger.

2Shape into 50 meatballs.

3Arrange in jelly roll pan.

4Broil about 10 minutes or until done, turning once.

5Drain.

6In skillet, stir in remaining soup, water, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and 1/4 teaspoon ginger.

7Heat over low heat.

8Add meatballs; turn to coat and simmer 5 minutes.
