  • 4 Scallions, whites and greens separated
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded,and cubed
  • 1/4 C fresh parsley
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Finely chop whites of scallions and put into a bowl with the cubed parsley.
