  • 1/2 pound cold farmer cheese or cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled, or more to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

    (Alternatively, mince the garlic and mash all the ingredients with a potato masher or fork until fairly smooth, then beat for a few moments with a wire whisk.)

    Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
