- 1 lb. chicken parts or strips
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 stick margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Combine flour and seasoning. Coat chicken with flour mixture. In skillet, melt butter or margarine and fry chicken until brown on all sides.

2Add soup and 1/2 cup water.

3Lower heat and simmer, stirring frequently. Simmer for about 20 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.

4Can be served over rice or noodles.
