- 2 whole chicken breasts, split (2 lb.)
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme or rosemary
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Campbell's condensed cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Request)
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Remove skin from chicken. Spray 12 x 8-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.

2Arrange chicken, breast side up, in dish.

3Sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Combine soup and water. Spoon over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.

4Remove foil halfway through cooking.

5Stir sauce before serving.
