- 1 tablespoon flour
- 13 cup oat bran
- 1 teaspoon onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon basil

- salt and pepper
- 12 tablespoon oil
- 14 cup milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.
