  • 1 lb. kohlrabi, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tbsp marg or butter
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried savory, crushed

Directions

    Cook kohlrabi, covered in enough boiling water to cover in med saucepan for about 10 min until crisp-tender. Drain well. Ad marg or butter, mustard, parsley and savory. Cook and stir over low heat till kohlrabi is coated.
