- 6 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
Directions

1Boil squash and onion until tender.

2Drain well and mix with cheese and chiles.

3Pour into buttered baking dish.

4Bake 15 minutes at 375°.
