- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded (1 c.)
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 8 oz. cottage cheese (1 c.)
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Sprinkle cheese and mushrooms in pie crust.

3In covered blender container on high speed, blend cottage cheese and remaining ingredients until smooth.

4Pour mixture into crust.

5Bake 15 minutes at 425°.

6Turn oven to 325° and bake 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
