  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. salt

    Prepare 1 1/2 cups orzo (about two-thirds 16-ounce package) according to package directions.

    Drain well; in serving bowl, toss with 1 tablespoon each fresh thyme leaves and olive oil and salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
