- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.

2Put potatoes in bowl. Add melted margarine, herbs, salt and pepper.

3Stir to coat slices.

4Wrap securely in heavy aluminum foil, making as flat as possible.

5Cook on barbecue grill, turning regularly, for 20 minutes or until done.

6Serves 4.
