  • 1 1/3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs or sliced bread (either)
  • 6 1/2 oz. crab meat
  • garlic salt

Directions

    Melt butter with garlic salt.

    Add flour; mix well.

    Do not burn.

    Add milk; boil all until thick.

    Remove from heat.

    Add salt, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs.
