- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. thyme, crumbled
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/2 c. smal curd cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. fines herbes, crumbled
- 1 c. parsley
- crackers
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Remove skin if desired.

3Mash bones.

4Combine cream cheese, garlic, cottage cheese, onion, fines herbes and thyme until well blended.

5Stir in salmon to blend.

6Chill 3 hours.

7Mixture will be soft.

8Roll in parsley and walnuts.

9Serve with crackers.
