- 12 Red Potatoes
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped oregano
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 salt (to liking)
- 1 pepper (to liking)
Directions

1Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes.

2Drain

3Oil pan with oil of choice

4Place potatoes on pan and smash.

5(I used tin foil and a thick dish cloth)

6Mix fresh herbs and garlic and butter in a small dish and melt in microwave until butter is completely melted

7Pour butter mixture over potatoes and grill wrapped in foil or bake on 400 for 15-20 minutes.

8You can play around with the tenderness and the time to your liking.
