- 8 1/2 tsp. Tender Quick salt
- 3 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. onion powder
- 7 tsp. liquid hickory smoke
- 5 tsp. mustard seed
- 3 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Mix meat and all ingredients in a large roaster.

2Mix well and marinate overnight in refrigerator, then mix again and form into rolls, 4 large or 6 small.

3Bake on broiling pan for 3 1/2 hours at 250°.

4Let cool and wrap.

5Refrigerate or freeze.
