- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. molasses
- 3 c. sour milk or milk with 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 c. bran
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. seedless raisins
Directions

1Dissolve baking soda in molasses.

2Add milk, flour, bran, wheat germ and raisins.

3Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.

4Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.
