  • 1 block medium firm tofu medium firm
  • dashi or premium soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • green onions thinly sliced
  • ginger freshly grated, optional if you like ginger

Directions

    Place chilled block of tofu into a bowl.

    Pour dashi sauce over tofu to taste (less to start is always better)

    Add a few drops of sesami (a little goes a long way)

    Add green onions and a bit of ginger to taste.
