  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. canned milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 1/4 lb. sharp cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Press ground meat into bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Slice potatoes onto meat.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Slice onions on potatoes.

    Cube cheese on onions.

    Cover with soup.

    Bake in covered dish for 1 hour at 350° or until potatoes are done. Serves 6.
