- 2 Tbsp. bacon fat
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Mix salt in cornmeal, pour on hot water, then add enough cold water to thin mush so it pours slowly out of the bowl.

2Add fat. Pour mush by spoonfuls on a hot griddle or skillet.
