  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 10 large potatoes, diced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

    Soak pig stomach in salt

    Mix sausage, potatoes, onions, salt and pepper.
