  • 18 oz pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 3/4 c finely snipped dried beef
  • 2 tbsp instant minced onion
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • chopped walnuts optional

Directions

    Soften cream cheese; blend cream cheese and milk.

    Stir in dried beef, onion, green pepper and pepper; mix well.

    Stir in sour cream and walnuts.

    Place in small shallow baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold with assorted crackers.
