- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked or sausage, crumbled or sliced
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix salt, milk, mustard and eggs.

2Place cubed bread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and put meat on top of that.

3Pour egg mixture over the top.

4Make sure the pan is greased.

5Refrigerate for at least 12 hours the night before.

6Bake for 35 minutes in a 350° oven for a wonder souffle breakfast.
