  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 2/3 c. (28 ounce.) jar Non Such mincemeat
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 2 c. = 1 pound jar mixed candied fruit
  • 1 c. walnuts

Directions

    Add in any fruit or possibly raisins you like.

    Butter tube pan.

    Line with wax paper.

    Butter again.

    Sift flour and soda.

    Combine Large eggs, mincemeat, lowfat milk, fruit and nuts.

    Mix in dry ingredients.

    Pour in pan.

    Bake slow in 300 degree oven for two (2) hrs or possibly till center springs back when touched and top is golden brown.

    Cold and turn out and remove paper.
