Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (jarred)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) container frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
  • shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Season the beef with salt and pepper and brown in a saucepan.

    Drain the meat and return it to the pan.

    Add the remaining ingredients through the mushrooms and combine.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Spread into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

    Cover casserole with mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
