- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- few drops of food coloring
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Knead until smooth. Shape mints in candy molds and place on baking sheets.

2Cover with a paper towel and let dry. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container. Yields 6 dozen.
