- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 lg. cucumber, peeled and sliced very thin
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Combine peas, cucumber, water, tarragon and salt in a heavy saucepan.

2Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes.

3Drain.

4Combine sour cream, mayo and lemon juice.

5Warm over low heat, stirring constantly.

6Stir vegetables into sauce and serve at once.
