  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 lg. cucumber, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Combine peas, cucumber, water, tarragon and salt in a heavy saucepan.

    Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes.

    Drain.

    Combine sour cream, mayo and lemon juice.

    Warm over low heat, stirring constantly.

    Stir vegetables into sauce and serve at once.
