- 4 lb. unpared potatoes, cooked and drained
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Grease 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

2Remove skins from potatoes; shred into bowl.

3Saute onion in 1/4 cup of butter.

4Shred cheese and mix with potatoes.

5Stir in soup, sour cream and onion with butter.

6Mix well and pour into baking dish.

7Refrigerate overnight.

8Sprinkle with cornflakes and drizzle with 3 tablespoons butter.

9Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
