Ingredients

  • 3 fifths bourbon
  • 1 1/2 fifths dark rum
  • 3/4 fifth cognac
  • 3 fifths Claret
  • 3/4 fifth dry gin
  • 3 c. lemon juice
  • 2 1/4 qt. water
  • 1 3/4 oz. instant tea mix
  • 12 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Directions

    Thaw berries.

    Mix together first 6 items in 2 gallon container. Combine water and instant tea.

    Stir until dissolved. Add tea to bourbon mixture. Blend berries in blender and add to bourbon/tea mixture.

    Let rest for 2 hours (minimum).

    Place large block of ice in 3 gallon bowl.

    Pour mixture over ice.

    Garnish with whole strawberries.
