- 3 fifths bourbon
- 1 1/2 fifths dark rum
- 3/4 fifth cognac
- 3 fifths Claret
- 3/4 fifth dry gin
- 3 c. lemon juice
- 2 1/4 qt. water
- 1 3/4 oz. instant tea mix
- 12 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Directions

1Thaw berries.

2Mix together first 6 items in 2 gallon container. Combine water and instant tea.

3Stir until dissolved. Add tea to bourbon mixture. Blend berries in blender and add to bourbon/tea mixture.

4Let rest for 2 hours (minimum).

5Place large block of ice in 3 gallon bowl.

6Pour mixture over ice.

7Garnish with whole strawberries.

8Makes 126 (5 ounce) servings.
