- 3 cup radish
- 1 each onion
- 2 each hardboiled eggs
- 1 vegetable oil
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 2 tbsp mayonese
Directions

1Julienne a good piece of a radish.

2I used Korean, any kind will do

3Heat oil in a skillet.

4Chop onion to small dice

5Saute your onion until golden color and translucent

6Chop hardboiled eggs

7Now put together: julienned radish, sauteed onions (add to radish while it is still hot), hardboiled eggs, mayonnese, salt and pepper.

8Mix well.

9Can be served warm or cold
