Holiday Radish Salad

  • 3 cup radish
  • 1 each onion
  • 2 each hardboiled eggs
  • 1 vegetable oil
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 tbsp mayonese

    Julienne a good piece of a radish.

    I used Korean, any kind will do

    Heat oil in a skillet.

    Chop onion to small dice
  5. 5
    Saute your onion until golden color and translucent
  6. 6
    Chop hardboiled eggs
  7. 7
    Now put together: julienned radish, sauteed onions (add to radish while it is still hot), hardboiled eggs, mayonnese, salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

    Can be served warm or cold
