Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 c. minced onion
- 3/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. hot drippings
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes, cut up
- hot drained, boiled spaghetti (8 oz. uncooked)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Fry bacon.

3Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in hot drippings until onion is yellow.

4Add ground chuck and cook until browned.

5Add rest of ingredients and heat. Pour into well-greased 2-quart baking dish.

6Sprinkle with grated sharp cheese.

7Bake 30 minutes.

8Serve hot, garnished with crisp bacon and parsley.
