- 1 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon almond flavoring
- 1 (21 ounce) can pie filling
Directions

1Cream margarine with sugar until very creamy.

2Beat in 1 egg at a time until fluffy.

3Slowly beat in flour.

4Add almond flavouring.

5Spread batter into a jelly roll pan.

6Mark off 16 squares with a knife.

7Drop 1 Tbsp of pie filling into each square.

8Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes until cake is golden brown.

9Sprinkle entire cake heavily with powdered sugar.
