Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold tomato juice
  • 1 c. hot tomato juice
  • 3/4 c. cold tomato juice
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. bread and butter pickles, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. grated onion

Directions

    Sprinkle gelatin over cold tomato juice; soften, then add hot tomato juice.

    When dissolved add 3/4 cup cold tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt.

    Chill until slightly thickened and add chopped pickles, celery and onion.

    Fills a ring mold.
