  • 6 large eggs, separated
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 1 lb. golden raisins
  • 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, cut into small chunks
  • brandy or fruit juice
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. + 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 lb. candied whole red cherries
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
