Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1-8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1- large or 2 small boxes of Chocolate or Butterscotch instant pudding
  • 2 2/3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and press into a 13 x 9 x 2 in. pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Remove from oven and let cool.

    Mix next 2 ingredients well.

    Fold in cool whip. spread over cooled crust.

    Mix final 2 ingredients and spread over top of second layer.
  6. 6
    Top with cool whip and chopped pecans. Store in refrigerator.
