- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sifted 10x sugar
- 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. ground walnuts
- 1 c. red raspberry preserves
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Stir in flour, vanilla and nuts. Roll dough, a level teaspoon at a time into balls.

3Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

4Press down to 1-inch rounds.

5Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until golden around edges.

6When cool, put two cookies together with preserves.

7Sprinkle with 10x sugar.

8Makes 3 dozen double cookies.
