  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. fried chicken seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 to 6 potatoes

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except potatoes.

    Cut potatoes into wedges.

    Roll or shake potatoes in mixture.

    Place in a baking dish.

    Spoon melted margarine over potatoes.

    Bake at 400° for 25 to 35 minutes.
