  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk

    Allow 2 1/2 lbs. butter to come to room temperature for about 1-2 hours.

    Beat with electric mixer, adding 1/2 T. salt, 2 cups buttermilk until light and fluffy.
