  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (use ONLY Eagle brand)
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (20 ounce) candiced pineapple

Directions

    put the UN-OPENED can of Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk into a pot of boiling water, making sure that the can is always submerged in water at all times; cook it for 3 hours.

    Once done, let it cool down and eat it the next day.

    This caramel will last up to 3 weeks in the fridge.

    When ready to eat place in a bowl and open both ends of the can and push down one side of the can into a bowl.

    Serve with whipping cream and pineapple.
