  • 1 c. beef broth
  • 5 c. shredded cabbage
  • water
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 1/3 c. instant mashed potatoes (dry)
  • 1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) corned beef, cut in chunks

Directions

    In large saucepan, bring broth to a boil.

    Add cabbage; cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes.

    Measure liquid in saucepan.

    Add milk and margarine; bring to a boil.

    Stir in potatoes and corned beef; heat thoroughly.
