  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 2 c. corn meal

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in bowl; stir until smooth.

    Pour ingredients in a greased hot, deep skillet.

    Sprinkle a little portion of corn meal in skillet to keep from sticking.

    Cook at 375° for 30 or 35 minutes, then take out or leave in skillet and cut into slices after it has cooled off.
