- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 2 c. corn meal
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in bowl; stir until smooth.

2Pour ingredients in a greased hot, deep skillet.

3Sprinkle a little portion of corn meal in skillet to keep from sticking.

4Cook at 375° for 30 or 35 minutes, then take out or leave in skillet and cut into slices after it has cooled off.
