- 2 lb. (about 10) cucumbers
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. coarse salt
- 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2Cover and let stand at room temperature 1 hour.

3Fit cukes into 2 one-quart jars; pour in enough of vinegar to cover cukes.

4Tighten lids and refrigerate at least 1 week before serving to develop flavor.
