  • cornbread (made the day before)
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sage
  • 1 or 2 bags croutons
  • 2 or 3 cans chicken broth
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 stalks celery

Directions

    Crumble cornbread and add eggs, salt, pepper, sage, poultry seasoning, croutons and chicken broth.

    Then add celery and onion. Bake at 325° until done.
