- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/2 large cabbage, grated
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 large onion, grated
- 2 cans French-cut green beans
- 1/2 bottle soy sauce
- 2 pkg. eggroll wraps
Directions

1Brown meat and drain.

2In large skillet, add cabbage, carrots, onion, beans and soy sauce.

3Cook until vegetables are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Place 2 tablespoons of vegetables per wrapper.

5Roll up and deep fry eggroll until they slightly brown.
